The site presents Stageway and its services for information purposes. Described features may change. Features marked Coming soon are not yet available, and the screens shown use fictitious data.

The platform

Access to the Stageway platform (stageway.io) is governed by a separate agreement with each customer. These terms give you no right to use the platform.

Intellectual property

The Stageway name, logo, text, visuals and code on this site belong to Stageway Inc. You may not reproduce or reuse them without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• interfere with the operation or security of the site;
• extract its content by automated means;
• use it for unlawful or misleading purposes.

Links to other sites

The site may link to third-party services, such as Google Calendar. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

No warranty

The site is provided as is. We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate and available, without guaranteeing that it always will be.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Stageway Inc. is not liable for damages arising from the use of the site or the inability to use it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of the judicial district of Montréal have jurisdiction.

Changes

We may change these terms. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version.
